A CCPA violation report should contain the following information:
- Your personal contact information.
- The contact information of the business you are reporting.
- An explanation of how the business violated the CCPA.
- A description of when and how the violation occurred.
If a business is found guilty of violating CCPA rules, they may be fined up to $750 per violation.
