Cookie blocking is when a cookie script is blocked from running on a given user’s browser. Cookie blocking can happen at the browser level or at the website level. At both levels, cookie blocking is either done automatically until users consent to non-essential cookies, or cookie blocking is determined by users’ cookie settings.
