Who does the CCPA apply to?

The CCPA applies to businesses that collect personal information from California residents and meet one of the following thresholds:

1. Grosses $25 million or more in annual revenue.
2. Makes 50% or more of annual revenue from the sale of consumers’ personal information.
3. Annually buys, receives, sells, or shares the personal information of 50,000 or more consumers for commercial purposes.
