They also provide a blog on their website but don’t appear to offer free templates like Termly.
As you can see, the Axeptio’s free plan is only available if your website has fewer than 200 visitors per month. In contrast, the Termly’s free plan covers up to 10,000 views.
Furthermore, while Termly’s free plan includes a cookie and privacy policy generator, Axeptio’s free plan does not appear to offer these policies which are a must for privacy law compliance.

Most details about their customer success team are behind a login portal.
However, there is a searchable database featuring categorized support documentation and materials on their website.
Termly’s customer support is well-rounded and includes live chat and a working phone number available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
A contact form, support articles, and other content are also available on the Termly website.

For example, the screenshot below shows a tip providing Termly users with more details about U.S. state-level privacy laws.
Axeptio offers uniquely designed cookie consent banners that feature cute ‘cookie’ characters and themed language.
They’re one of the few groups in the industry introducing this type of unique graphical design element to consent management, which is appreciated.
Which One Is Right for You?
Both Termly and Axeptio offer strong solutions for businesses that want help simplifying privacy compliance. Both companies have strong, enthusiastic consumer reviews and are legally backed and updated regularly.
One key difference between the Termly and the Axeptio is the number of legally required policies you can make.
Termly’s nine policy generators set them apart as a one-stop shop for businesses to make the necessary legal policies to protect their company, communicate with consumers, and meet the requirements of applicable laws.
Axeptio offers a terms of use agreement generator but does not appear to advertise a privacy or cookies policy generator. These policies are must-have under most data protection laws such as the EU and UK GDPR.
But when selecting the best solution for your business, the choice is yours!
